Hi, my name is Michelle Cavanaugh, and I am a member of Graceland Church. I’ve been teaching fitness classes for more than 20 years, and I am passionate about helping people get stronger for everyday life and for the future, especially as they reach a more “mature” age. I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on core, cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. I also value Group Exercise because I have seen how community and accountability help people succeed.
